Our chefs have been working with us for years and enjoy being able to create a modern twist on the Cambodian classics their parents and grandparents used to cook. Breakfast is a la carte, and allows guests the option of choosing western classics such as eggs on toast, fruit platters and freshly baked, buttery croissants, or something more local such as our chef’s delicious noodle soup or her traditional Khmer waffles.
In hot and humid Siem Reap, we know that it’s essential to take a break from the hustle and bustle of downtown or the temples. That’s why we’ve crafted a menu of lunch dishes, snacks and delicious, cold drinks to unwind by the pool with, such as out delicious caesar salad, fresh spring rolls, fruit shakes and cocktails.
